Erilda Deti is a qualified corporate lawyer specializing in finance and technology law, with a strong background in banking and financial services. She advises companies, founders, and institutions operating in regulated and technology-driven environments, with a particular focus on FinTech, digital platforms, and cross-border operations. She also has experience collaborating with the Albanian government regarding the digitalization processes of the public administration’s services. Through The Legal Hybrid, she leads a technology-focused legal practice designed to bridge the gap between legal compliance and innovation, combining regulatory expertise with commercial and technical understanding to support businesses navigating complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. She is fluent in Albanian, English and Italian, with a working proficiency in Spanish and conversational fluency in French, Turkish and Portuguese, helping her understand her clients needs better.
Giulia Paladini
Junior Associate
Giulia Paladini is a law graduate specializing in technology law, with a focus on blockchain, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. Her work addresses the legal and regulatory challenges posed by emerging technologies, including compliance, data protection, intellectual property, and cross-border commercial operations. She has supported technology-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions—Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the UK—through legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory analysis. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing NDAs, shareholder agreements, token documentation, and commercial contracts for blockchain, SaaS, and AI-focused companies, as well as contributing to matters involving GDPR, MiCA, PDPA, and related international regulatory frameworks. Combining strong legal training with a solid commercial and operational background, Giulia brings a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advisory in fast-paced, innovation-led environments. Erdi Memaj

Erdi Memaj is an experienced lawyer and MBA graduate with a multidisciplinary background spanning civil, administrative, and immigration law, as well as banking, business data analysis, and education. With a proven track record that includes serving as Chief of Legal Representation for a public institution, working in financial services as a relationship banker, and supporting graduate-level students as a peer tutor, he brings a well-rounded perspective that bridges legal expertise with business strategy.
His experience combines hands-on legal practice, policy research, and client advisory, alongside strong analytical capabilities in data analysis and financial decision-making. Known for a practical and results-oriented approach, he excels in building client relationships, navigating complex legal and financial matters, and delivering data-driven solutions.
Fluent in Albanian and English, with professional working proficiency in French and additional knowledge of Italian and Spanish, he is well-equipped to operate in international and multicultural environments.
Teno Guga

Teno Guga is a licensed lawyer and a member of both the Tirana Bar Association and the Berlin Bar Association. He holds two Master’s degrees: one in Commercial and Business Law from the University of Tirana, and another in International Arbitration from Goethe University Frankfurt. His career spans law firm experience, in-house legal counsel roles in Albania’s banking sector, and compliance-focused positions in Germany. At GUGA Solutions, he advises businesses and individuals across the EU and Albania on GDPR (as a Certified DPO), regulatory compliance, and cross-border operations. Fluent in Albanian, German, and English, Teno builds legal bridges between Southeast Europe and the EU. He serves in his role as Of-Council through his own law firm based both in Berlin and Albania.
